ISAIAH 64

Isaiah 64

1 oh I wish again, that sky will rip open for things to descend on mountains, in the presence of gluttons/those that will devour them.

2 however, there is a tax/mandatory payment, with help from heaven, for water, in the face of fire, even HIS fire that will inflame/raise temperature, even as tight places quiver, and heathen-Nations will know HIS Name.

3 HE does things, like what descended on the mountain which was greedily eaten in HIS presence, because HE expected us to revere HIM.

4 but other things are cheaper for our leaders to adhere/hold on to, rather than things done to eternity, which their eyes have seen, and their ears have heard.

5 it happened by chance for them to be cheerful. But they sin to crack off HIS wrath. Remember HIS way so that things will be done for our Justification and to save us to eternity.

6 because they (mingle/mix up) to act treacherously, and because of their unclean things and their iniquities, they will be like leaf that wilt/fade, until they will lift up righteousness by the SPIRIT. 

7 stir/wake up those who are fainted, call on HIS Name, fasten strongly upon HIM, cover your face with your hands because of your iniquities.

8 Jehovah, YOU are our FATHER, we are clay moulded into shape, from the activities of YOUR Hand, 

9 we have seriously provoked YOU by our iniquities, Jehovah, remember as we emerge as YOUR people forever.

10 the holy city is like wilderness, zion is like a wilderness and Jerusalem is in desolation.

11 the ornaments of Your holy house, where our fathers gave praise has been on conflagration/serious burning, and the pleasant things are laid waste by fire. 

12 what will restrain You to seriously respond to us? JEHOVAH, and let there be silence.
