Ps 110
Instrumental music by David.
1 Thus says (the oracle of) Jehovah to my Lord of Eden (Adon adon): settle down from MY Right Hand, (until) all Your enemies are placed under Your foot-stool. (Matt 22:44, Mk 12:36).
2 Jehovah in HIS great strength will send Him out with a ruling-staff in the midst of Zion to tread down/subdue His enemies.
3 the splendor of the Holy One, from the womb to childhood will be like freewill/voluntary offering of the people and their force/army will be like dew of the morning in that day .
4 And to comfort us, Jehovah has sworn; you are the Priest for eternity under issues/things spoken about (dibrah) Melchi-zedek (king by Justification):
5 in that day, Adonay from HIS Right-Hand will crush all the kings in anger;
6 by Justice of law, the heads/chiefs of heathen-nations shall be crushed, and their land shall be replenished with their corpse in abundance:
7 However, He shall imbibe/drink from the stream of the estate on the way unto exalting Him as the Head/Chief.
