Psalm Chapter 91

Ps 91 (By Moses) 

1 The Most High (Elyon) is in HIS concealed place and we are sitting down and lodging under HIS shade/defence, away from the overpowering/burly one (shadday).

2 We can say, In Jehovah of elohim is our shelter and fortified-stronghold/fortress, we trust/we are confident in HIM:

3 HE has delivered us from the snares and from THINGS that has been pricking/stinging us.

4 We take refuge in HIS truth, and to be modest, even when we are trading/buying and selling stuffs, with our wings at the extreme (full fledged), HE fenced us in/protected us; - 

5 - "from being afraid of sudden alarm by night - and arrows that fly daily; - 

6 - from THINGS that attack and ruin in the dark, - and those that walk around by midday to plunder"; - 

7 - myriads/ten thousands came near us from HIS Right Hand against a thousand and they all fall down by our side:

8 all eyes have seen us PEACEFUL (shalom-on) from what emerged/sprouted-up over those wicked ones.

9 In Jehovah is my shelter and I have put my dwelling place in the Most-High (Elyon/illahi-on), - - 

10 - - where plagues/inflictions and evil things approach tents; - 

11 - HE has commanded HIS angels to preserve me on my way/road:

12 the Palm of HIS HAND, will lift my feet from stumbling on a stone: (Matt 4:6, Lk4:11)

13 just as crocodile (marine monsters) will trample on twisting-pythons and jackals we tread down on a walled villages of infidel; - 

14 I know, I will escape, because of my delight/strong attachment to HIS NAME, which is lofty for refuge (sawgab).

15 HE is Honorable to answer me when I call on HIM and HE will deliver me in trouble. 

16 HE will satiate me, throughout the length of my days, even to be seeing HIS salvation (yeshua).
