Psalm Chapter 88

Ps 88

Eminent Song and instrumental music by sons of korah. Instructive poem on "rampant ailments/disease of society" (mahalath) and response to them by the helper or those being civil/citizens (Ezrahite) and on having faith (Heman).

Jehovah of all elohim; we will cry out, day and night for YOUR salvation:

we come into YOUR presence with our intercession; incline YOUR ears to our shout of joy, -

- because sheol/hades is satiated with souls, and this evil is touching/affecting all the living:

- because it has been plaited/contrived even for a valiant-man with all his strength/like ram to descend into the pit.

someone we remember that through his hand, we are freed/exempted, given space and portions are divided/cut out for us, but he died and he is lying down in the grave;

he had been laid in the pit, in the lowest depth, a dark place in the deep:

let someone be supported/upheld to respond to this displeasure like big-ocean-wave. Pause:

having known that he has been shut up/imprisoned, someone should be positioned to go forth to put him far away from that abomination.

-someone to call out to Jehovah all day to spread out the Palm of HIS Hand for all eyes that languish/are feelings down because of this misery.

Why should they die? Let miracle be done for wraith/ghost to rise up and hold out hands in worship. Pause:

Shall Faith be reckoned in the grave? Is YOUR kindness for the doomed/perished ones?

Who will know YOUR miracles in the darkness? Why righteousness is in oblivion on earth?

let us cry unto Jehovah for freedom even to precede our intercession (tephillah) at dawn:

why will Jehovah abandon all the souls? Or why will they be hidden from HIS Presence?

a youth who is lifted up and a poor-man under his terror/intense fear are both distracted/mentally unsettled that they will give up ghost.

so, they are (both) at the cross-road, burning with anger, where they will cross over to, in that time of distress.

like water revolving round someone, the day will circulate to all together;

it is a dark place where a known friend that love you will be put far away from you.
