Psalm Chapter 68

Ps 68

1 All the leaders of men (Elohim); rise up and scatter all our enemies, so that, those who hate us will flee before us:

2 just as wax will melt before fire, and smoke will disperse, the wicked could be scattered and perished before all our mighty Elohim;

3 let the Righteous rejoice - and all our Elohim jump for joy and be cheerful with gladness in HIS presence,

4 Just as they paved way, in Arabah (desert from reed sea to Jordan)- as they rode onto HIS presence, to jump for joy unto HIS Name. Let the strolling men sing unto JAHH, and our Elohim, to play their musical instruments unto HIS NAME. 

5 let all the leaders of men (Elohim) be like father to the fatherless and a Judge/Arbiter (Dayan - according to Jewish law) to the widows, in the Holy temple.

6 let all Elohim who will sit down over HIS households, who had rebelled, and dwell in dry-land as prisoners/captives, come forth with fitness/competence as of the "ONLY DARLING One".

7 let all leaders (Elohim) go out before the people, and march/pace up as in Jeshimon (wilderness-1Sam 26); Pause:

8 (liquid) has trickled down before all Elohim, even on THIS mount Sinai, (where) the earth quaked before all Elohim even the Elohim of Israel; 

9 (now) that, they have been established in their inheritance; the elohim are tired of waving free-will (offering).

10 all leaders (Elohim) who sit down over the living, are established for the good of the poor/lowly ones.

11 this will be the utterances of Adonay, abundant are the mass of persons that will give the rosy-news.

12 masses of people will wander to the habitation of the King, and they will wander to their house to divide booties. 

13 like with wing at its extreme (full-fledged), they will be hardworking/diligent for money, even for coating a stall/pen, on which pigeon will lie down, yellowish-green.

14 the overpowering/burly men (shadday) of this King are like deploying/spreading things that are white as snow on (shady) mount Zalmon (Judg 9:48).

15 his mighty leaders (Elohim) will be on a mountain like mountains of Bashan - even on the peak of the mountain like the mountains of Bashan (Num 21:33- in east of Jordan)

16 some Elohim had danced at the peak of the mountain and they delighted in sitting down on it as their ultimate end goal. Is that the mountain where Jehovah permanently dwell? 

17 As the chariots of the (angelic) Elohim were in thousands on the HOLY mount Sinai; there will be a repetition of myriads of them for the Adonay (lord);

18 the captured ones that are exiled will ascend to permanently dwell in the elevated place - and be received as a present/gift, as if from Adam, - who was rebellious to JAHH of Elohim: (Eph 4:8)

19 day by day, we shall bless the Adonay, Who will be the Main-Leader (El) with the burden of our salvation; Pause:

20 there had been main-leader (el) and another main leader (el) but outcome from the Adonay of Jehovah will be our rescue from a place of death:

21 (since) the enemy had crushed the head/chief person, so all the leaders of men (Elohim), like hairs on the scalp have been walking around in sin/guilt. 

22 it is said, as Bashan was restored to them (Num 21:33), Adonay will retore those who are in the depth of the sea:

23 He will crush our enemy under His feet, and their blood shall be for the tongue of dogs. 

24 and we shall see the strolling/procession of this Main-Leader, just like the marching of the King and his Elohim to the HOLY Place,  

25 and in their midst, are strolling men going ahead, singing and making music, and behind them, are the damsels/young women drumming tambourine:

26 let the Elohim and the congregation kneel to bless Jehovah of Adonay, wHO is the original source/fountain of IsraEl:

27 and just as Benjamin (son of Right hand); though little/few, had dominion over a tightly packed crowd and the Princes of Judah (celebrated), even the Princes of Zebulun (habitation), and the Princes of Naphtali (my wrestling), 

28 and his elohim in their great strength commanded other lower leaders (eloheka), to practise things for THOSE who are stout/heavily built,

29 with gifts, brought with pomp to the king in his palace in Jerusalem;

30 and the living beings were rebuked/chided with rod like male-calf, likewise, fixtures of multitude and their knights who delight in war, had trampled in a rush on our people and scattered our people for money.

31 So also, just as Cardinals/leading dignitaries from Egypt (mitsrajim) and Ethiopia (cush) ran and arrived here through the hands of our Elohim:

32 So, from all kingdoms of the earth, - strolling men will sing and all elohim will also play musical instruments to praise the Adonay, Pause:

33 there will be a sound even a sound, through the sky even from heaven, as He will ride on, with great-strength, given to Him from the ancient/early-time;

34 He will be given the greatest strength over majesty/dignity of all Elohim and Israel will laugh for His great strength.

35 He will be given the greatest strength, and all Elohim will revere Him because He is a Main-Leader (El) with potency/might, that will bless our people and all leaders (Elohim) of IsraEl in the consecrated sanctuary.
