Ps 57
Eminent, poem (michtam) of David, on "Don't ruin/destroy", when he fled from the presence of Saul into a cave.
1 All leaders of men (elohim) should have mercy. Have mercy upon Souls that take refuge under your shade; who take refuge till what is happening pass away to the extreme end:
2 all leaders of men (Elohim) should call out unto THE Most-High/SUPREME (Elyon), for a main-Leader (el) who will bring things to completion:
3 for the ONE of TRUTH to be sent out from heaven, who will send out leaders (Elohim) with kindness, that will save those that are panting from those that despitefully use them, Pause.
4 when my soul lies down in the midst of the sons of Adam, who are like lion - with teeth as sharp as spears, arrows and swords, from His tongue, they would have been set on fire.
5 let all Elohim in heaven and on earth exalt Him for His glory.
6 when they dig up a chat/dialogue, they would have fallen into their own net/trap. When my soul bowed down within me, I would have been established at once in His presence. Pause:
(repeat of Ps 108:1-5)
7 mighty leaders (Elohim) are to establish our hearts; because, as strolling singers, play stringed musical instruments, our hearts will be established.
8 we will wake up at dawn. Awake! Let them wake us up, with leather-bag musical instruments and play harp unto His glory.
9 our people will hold out hands in praise to their Adonay - and playing stringed musical instruments among nations ;
10 for, greatest is the kindness of the ONE of TRUTH from heaven, for we will play and laugh (Ps 108:4),
11 and all mighty Elohim in heaven and on earth will exalt Him for His glory.
