Psalm Chapter 114

Ps 114

1 From the households that mock with strange language; the people of Jacob, even Israel, went out of Egypt,

2 - unto the Holy place of Israel, whose Government/administration is in Judah.

3 they saw sea revolved-backward and (river) Jordan fled away;

4 their sons are jumping on mountains like ram and their flocks are on the hillocks:

5 how could a sea revolve backwards? How could Jordan flee away?

6 why are their sons dancing/skipping on mountains like ram and their flock are on the little hills? 

7 because, Jacob will be the lord of the land (Adon aden) as long as earth rotates in the presence, even in the presence of the Extremely Mighty God (Eloahh eloahh), -

8 WHO turned around a sharp Rock to a source of water and flint ground into a lake for water.
