Psalm Chapter 140

Ps 140

Eminent, instrumental music of David.

1 Jehovah shall deliver all men from the evil things that are from Adam, and guard them the violence under - 

2 - those who plaited evil in their mind for war, in the day of their sojourning.

3 so significant now, that their tongues are as though sharpened and in their lips are displeasure/poison as of serpent. Pause:

4 once upon a time, the Hand of Jehovah preserved us and guarded us from the violence, plaited by the wicked who pushed down/overthrew other men;

5 but the hand of the arrogant guys place twisted-rope-snares and spread out net, hiding them as traps on circular-tracks. Pause:

6 it is said, - Jehovah will give ear to the voice of your earnest prayer, as though it is from the main-leader (el) to Jehovah.

7 in the great-strength of the Adonay from Jehovih is our salvation, who will fence in/cover our heads from arsenal/armours all day: (Eph 6:17, 1Thess 5:8)

8 Jehovah will be exalted for HE will give HIM for our longings and for the wicked to bring out their plottings: Pause:

9 such as, covering up the lips of those round about their Head-masters/chiefs under hard-labor /toiling. 

10 however, when burning-coal will be falling down, they will be unshakable, and when fire will be rising up from deep pit, they will be unshaken.

11 things from His tongues will establish men, and will likewise be a propeller/bulldozer on earth for those who had hunted men under violence by their evil:

12 I know that Jehovah will do things by HIS verdicts on justice of law for the depressed and the poor:

13 let all the Righteous hold out hand in adoration to HIS Name - and the Upright will sit down in HIS presence.
