Mathew 21
Jesus royal entry into Jerusalem: a similitude of the event just before His future 1000 year reign.
@ Bethpage near Jerusalem
And as soon as they draw near to Jerusalem, and come to Bethphage unto the mountain of olives, Jesus then sends two of His disciples,
telling them, go into the village, opposite you, and straightway you will find a young ass and an ass tied; loosen them and bring them to Me.
And in case, someone say something to you, you will say, the Lord has need of them. And, he will send them immediately.
And, this happened, at least to fulfill the words spoken through a prophet, saying,
tell the sons and daughters of Zion, behold your King is meek and He is coming to you, he mount upon an ass, even upon animals under yoke, and young ass. (Ref: Zach 9:9)
So, the disciples take a journey, and do as Jesus directs them.
they brought the ass with its young ass, and laid their robes upon it and He sits up above them.
As most of the crowd spread their robes on the way, others also cut down branches from trees, and spread it on the way.
And, the crowd who go before Him, and those following, were screaming, saying, Hoshia-na! (save now, we pray), the Son of David! We bless the One coming in the Name of the SUPREME God! (Ref: Ps 118:26), Hoshia-na! (save us now) to the Highest ONE (Most High).
And as He enters into Jerusalem, all people in the the city were shaken, asking Who is this?
And, the crowd say, this is Jesus, the Prophet, from Nazareth of Galilee.
Jesus drives the merchant men out of the temple
Jesus enters into the temple, and throws out those selling and buying in the temple, and turn, the tables of collybists/coin-dealers upside down and the seat of those selling pigeons.
And He tells them, it is written, MY house will be called a house of oratory prayer Ref: Is 56:7); but you have made it a cave of robbers. (Ref: Jer 7:11)
Miracles parole in spite of the provocation.
And the blind and the lame approach Him in the temple, and He ministers healing (therapeuo) to them.
so, the Chief priests and the scribes see the wondrous things which He is doing, and the children, who are screaming in the temple, saying, save us now (Hoshianna), the Son of David, and they were greatly displeased,
and they tell Him, did you hear what these ones are saying? And Jesus tells them, Yes, have you not at any time read that out of the mouth of an INFANT (nepios) that will suck, the story of praise shall be thoroughly completed (katartizo)? (Ref: Ps 8:2)
and He left them behind, and proceed outside the city unto Bethany (date house) even to pass the night there.
Demonic Fig tree failed to miraculously produce fruits for the Adonay. It withered off after Jesus had cursed satan behind the incident a day before (Mk 11:13)
@ dawn while returning from Bethany
at dawn, they were returning into the city, - (being hungry
- and had seen one fig tree, on the way; and he came to it only to find nothing on it, except the leaves. And, He had talked to it: not any longer unto AGES, shall fruit happen to be out of you; and the fig-tree withers away despite the rich leaves)
- and the disciples wonder as they see it, saying, why does the fig tree withers off despite the rich leaves?
However Jesus answers, and tells them, I tell you, and so shall it be, in case, you have Faith unto these things and will not be mentally dissecting through, you will not only do things as unto the fig tree. And even if you say to a mountain, be removed and be cast into the sea, it will come into being.
and as long as you have faith, you will receive everything you possibly crave/ask in (oratory) prayer.
Jesus was questioned on His secret
And as He comes into the temple to teach, the Chief priests and the Sahendrists of people approach Him, saying, by what kind of authority are you doing these? And who give you this authority?
so, Jesus answers, and tells them, I will also ask you one word, which, provided you tell Me, I also will tell you, by what authority I do these things.
the Baptism of John, was from where? from heaven, or from men? So they reason in themselves, saying, in case, we say, from heaven, He will therefore tell us, what is the reason why, you did not believe him?
But, in case, we say, from men, they fear the multitude; because they held on to everything of John as a prophet.
And they answer Jesus, saying, we are not aware. And He tells them, I will not also tell you, by what authority I do these things.
Parable of the obedient son (12)
Moreover, what do you think? A man has two sons, and he approached the first in rank to say, go out this day, to work in my vineyard,
but he answers and says, [lord, I do not desire to go, but he repented afterwards].
Moreover, he approaches the second and speak in the same way. But, he answers and says, lord, I will go but he did not.
which of the two did the desire of the father? They say, the first in rank. Jesus tells them, I tell you and so shall it be, that the tax collectors and the harlots will go before you into the kingdom of God.
because, John has come to you in the way of Justification and you did not believe him, but the tax collectors and harlots believed him; and at last, you have seen this, and you do not also repent and believe him.
Parable of the Land-Lord and the wicked workers (13)
Hear another parable: a man who is a head of a house, plant a vineyard and place fence around it. And dig in it a (wine) trough, and build a tower. And lease it to farmers, and travels abroad.
however, when season of the fruit approach, he sends his servants to the farmers to receive fruits for him.
And the farmers take hold of his servants, some of whom indeed they beat, some of whom also they kill, and some of whom also they stone.
Again he sends other servants, greater than the first, and they do to them likewise.
eventually, he sends his son to them, saying, they will do otherwise to my son.
but, the farmers stare at the son, and say in themselves, this is the heir; come here, let's kill him, and have his inheritance.
and they take hold of him, cast him out of the vineyard, and kill him.
therefore, whenever the lord of the vineyard come, what will he do to those farmers?
they tell him, they are badly evil, and he will fully destroy them, and the vineyard will be let to other farmers. Someone who will give him fruits in their season.
Jesus tells them, haven't you at any time read? The Stone which the builders rejected, this will happen to be at the head of the house-corner; this will happened from the SUPREME God (Jah), and it will be marvelous in our eyes. Ps 118:22-23.
because of this, I tell you, that the kingdom of God will be lifted up away from you, and be given to heathen-nations to produce fruits from it.
moreover, upon that; whoever possibly toss/kick over this Stone for it to fall, they will fall and be crushed. (Lk 20:18)
And the Chief priests and Pharisees who heard His Parable, know that He has spoken about them.
And they seek to arrest Him, but were afraid of the crowd, since they hold on unto Him to be a prophet.
