Mark 16
JESUS rose from the dead amid three days; from 3pm Thursday to early Sunday (a day of immortality - Aiku)
1 As the Sabbath day elapsed, even Mary the Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James and Salome, buy sweet (aroma) spices, at least, to come and apply perfume on Him.
2 and very early in the morning of the (day) one of Sabbath week (Sunday), they come upon the tomb, at the rising of the sun.
3 and they say towards themselves, who will roll away the stone from the entrance of the tomb for us?
4 But, on looking up, they see that the exceedingly great stone, has been rolled away;
5 and as they enter into the tomb, they were utterly astonished to see a young- man, sitting down in the right side, clothed all around in a white-long-fitting-gown,
6 But, he told them, not to be amazed. You are seeking after Jesus, the Nazarene, Who was crucified. He is risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid Him.
7 but go away, and tell His disciples and Peter, for, He will go before you unto Galilee; and there, you will see Him, just as He has told you.
8 and they proceed forth, and run away from the tomb shivering. No doubt, they are holding on to the amazement/ecstasy. Not even one speaks anything, for they were frightened.
Mary from Magdala saw Jesus first, after His resurrection
9 + [[But, having risen up at the dawn of the (day) one of Sabbath week (Sunday), He appeared firstly to Mary Magdalene (Jh 20:14), from whom He had cast out seven demons,
10 and she goes away, to announce to those who are mourning and weeping, what has happened among them,
11 even they disbelieve under her, having heard that she closely look at Him to be alive.
Jesus appeared to two disciples
12 Moreover, amid these things, He appeared in a different (hetera) form, to two of them who are walking around, going away into the field.
13 and they, went away, to announce to the rest. But, the same did not even believe;
Jesus scold their disloyalty and unbelief, even after seeing Him resurrected
14 But, eventually as they sit at table, He manifests to the eleven, and rail at their infidelity/faithlessness and hardened heart, because, even those who had looked closely at Him, to have risen from death, did not have faith.
The Assignment for the Christians and the assurance of back-up
15 and He tells them, travel around into the whole world, proclaim the good message (gospel) of original creation/original formation of all people.
16 those who have Faith with be saved, and be immersed/baptized [in the SPIRIT], but, those who do not have faith [unto Jesus Christ] will be condemned.
17 Moreover, these are the signs, for those who have Faith, [and watch to closely follow], they will preach these things of the New-age in languages (tongues); in My Name/Authority, they will cast out demons,
18 They will lay hands upon the sick and by their hands, they will be well. Even if deadly things had been imbibed/drunk and held on to by any person, they will never harm him. They will lift/take away things of the poisonous serpent (satan) in any person.
Jesus Christ ascended to heaven
19 then, amid preaching unto them, the Lord Jesus was indeed taken-up to heaven, and settle down from the Right Hand of God.
20 however, they proceed forth, proclaiming everywhere (universally) to follow after the Lord, and the word of those who are fellow-workers are confirmed through supernatural-signs. +]] vs 9-20 is in bracketed in NU-Text.
{+ so amid these, as Jesus has commanded Peter concerning them, they will be shortly dispatched to publish all these sacred things from sunrise till sunset, and through them, there shall be proclamation of incorruptible eternal salvation. Amen}+
