Mathew Chapter 11

Mathew 11

Caring-Jesus never condemn John the baptizer for his doubts but rather exhort him.

And it comes to be, when Jesus finished to set things in order for His twelve disciples, (they) departed from there to teach and proclaim the gospel in their cities.

Moreover, John (the baptizer) heard in the prison, the deeds of Christ, and dispatch through his disciples to HIM.

asking Him, are you the One coming or to anticipate for another one?

Jesus answers, and tell them, take a journey, announce to John, what you hear and see:

the blinds recover their sight, and the lames walk, lepers are cleansed, and deafs hear, even the dead are raised up, and the poor/beggars are evangelized (good news announced to the poor).

And supremely blessed is he, who  peraventure will never fall into apostasy in Me.

Wonderful accolades about John the baptizer; the last great-man of destiny naturally born after Adam.

Moreover, as they took journey away, Jesus began to speak to the crowd concerning John; what did you proceeded forth into the desert to closely see? Is it a stem shaking under wind?

who did you go out to stare at? Was he a man enrobed in fine clothing? But behold, those wearing fine clothes, are in king's house.

but why did you go out? To stare at a Prophet. Yes, I tell you, he is even all round superior to the Prophets.

this is the one concerning whom it was written; behold, I sent MY messenger (forerunner), before your face, who shall prepare your way before you. (Ref: Mal 3:1)

I tell you and so shall it be, within (those naturally) born of women, never will (any) rise up as great as John the baptizer. But, the least in the kingdom of heaven, will be as great (meizon) as him.

Moreover, the days away from John the baptizer up till the present, the forcer/energetic one will force them, who shall be grabbed/caught up (harpazo) in to the kingdom of heaven.

No doubt, the prophets until (the time) of John had prophesied things in the law to everybody.

And if you will accept, he is the desired Elijah who was intended to come.

those who have ears, have heard. (Ref: Mal 4:5)

However, unto what should this generation be compared? It is like children sitting in the town-square, who make sound towards others,

saying, we play you flute, and you do not dance (a row or ring motion); even as we bewail, you do not mourn.

because, John has come, and he neither eat nor drink, and you say, what a demon possesed man!

a man has come, eating and drinking, and they say, see a glutton and a wine drinker/tippler, what a friend, even to sinful tax-collectors! And even, from the same deed, is the wisdom to JUSTIFY the sons of Adam.

Importance of miracles to successful evangelism and danger of taking it for granted.

then, He began to revile those that did not repent in the towns in which most of His mighty-miracles happened,

Alas to you, in Chorazin! Alas to you, in Bethsaida (fishing house)! Because if the mighty deeds that happened in you had happened in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented in sackcloth and ashes long ago.

Nevertheless, I tell you, Tyre and Sidon will be more tolerant in judgment day, than you.

And you, Capernaum, how those of  you who would have have descended as far as hades have been elevated even as far as the sky; No! Because, if the mighty deeds that happened in you, had happened in Sodom, it would have possibly remained up to this day.

Nevertheless, I tell you, that the land of Sodom will be more endurable in judgment day than you.

Jesus make God known as a FATHER who is well pleased with all believers

in responding to THAT time, Jesus says, I confess/acknowledge YOU, the FATHER, the SUPREME God of heaven and earth, because, YOU hide these things from the wise and prudent, and reveal them to the infant/nepious (simple minded persons).

oh Yes, FATHER, in that, they have likewise become well-pleasing before YOU.

All things have been delivered to Me under My FATHER. The Son acknowledge nothing, if it is not of the FATHER; and not even anyone will be recognized by the FATHER, if not to whom in case the Son has been revealed, and he is willing to be a son/to be of the Son.

In Jesus is the REST, not in the Torah.

Come here towards Me, everybody that is wearied and overburdened (under Torah) and I will give you REST/exempt you.

learn things from Me, for I am meek and of lowly heart; and I will lift up the yoke upon you and you will find rest for your souls.

because, for Me, the yoke is to be useful/kind and for Me, the burden should be light/not be heavy.
